the staff was not friendly , suspicioned us and didn't give clear information so we took ages to find the place. Late check-in was unbelievably expensive. We paid a lot of money but we have to clean the room by ourself when we check out and the staff just sit next to us and played her phone! room was dirty...

Our 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Brouwersgracht was very comfortable, spacious and warm. With big french windows leading onto balcony with great view of canal. I would recommend this apartment to families/groups as it's more practical, spacious, comfortable, sociable and cheaper than booking 2 or more hotel rooms.
