Hotel fab, very clean, location not so great (not close to the centre) but the staff were helpful.
breakfast really nice (one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had) with lots of fresh food including fruit, cereal, an good quality cooked items.
The room was great, very clean with a good tv, wireless internet is available in your bedroom....

The hotel is not too far from the tram stop, but its a winding route which takes about a good 10-12 minute walk.
You have to walk under a dodgy looking bridge to get there.

I read a lot of reviews about the tramstop being ten minutes away and an inconvenience but I'd put it at the most 5 minutes. trams come less than every five minutes to the city.

Location: although the tram stop is spitting distance, you still have to walk around 8-10min to actually get there. Frustratingly you can see the hotel from the stop yet access is long-winded. Not so much of a bother if 2-3days but I am sure the idea would cross mind, y wasn't the stop just in front of the hotel.
