Loved my stay here. Super attentive staff, excellent location, comfortable and large room. Only minor complaint - had a room opposite the Irish Pub behind the bar, and the singer/songwriter there wasn't very good. Only problem on warm nights, else they keep the door closed.

Rooms are basic but clean. Brunch is sumptuous...everything from scrambled eggs to waffles and variety of fruits in lovely restaurant. Right across from central station which has ATM machines. Trams leave from CS and number2or 5 take you to art museums. Concierge very nice for getting tickets etc. hotel staff very attentive.brought extra pillows pronto.

The hotel lobby was really nice and its location to the centre and central station was very close. The rooms felt that they required updating but were clean. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.
