I asked for a "quiet" room, as there is construction in their courtyard, but got room #110 right on the alley/street next to the hotel. I didn't know until the middle of the night that the large window was open making every noise outside (car alarm, trash truck, children playing, even boots walking by on cobblestone street) sound like they...

With never having been in Amsterdam, this hotel was in a great location for everything that we wanted. We could walk almost anywhere in the old part of town which is what we wanted. Very friendly and excellent service. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the cruise ship port,
The hotel is not far from museums, canal and many restaurant. Rooms are spacious. There is a school next door, si it can be noisy in the morning.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my husband as a treat for his birthday. We arrived on Saturday morning, and whilst we were too early to check in, the very polite reception staff offered to let us leave our bags at the hotel, and gave us a map showing the main squares in Amsterdam as well as...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in May, and had a wonderful stay. We were on the top floor, and our room was a good size. It was super trendy and cute, striped carpet and striped tile floors in the bathroom. The bathroom was nice and clean, modern with a great shower! There was a bedside lamp...

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, and service was great. Breakfast was very nice with fresh squeezed OJ daily. I think this was my favorite breakfast place. Parking is very expensive and not many other places to park so you are kind of stuck. I thought 45 EU per night was a bit steep. Can walk to center, but...

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend at the end of April (including Queen's Day).We had last stayed here over 20 years ago and the hotel has obviously been refurbished since then-I didn't recognise anything.
We were given a very comfortable and quiet room on the top floor, the buffet breakfasts were very good and value for...

This is a great hotel - very quirky rooms and good bathrooms, slightly off the main drag, so nice and quiet. Very comfy beds, but disappointed at the very overpriced breakfast and charging for tea/coffee trays in the rooms (5eu)
Dear guest,
thank you for your review. I see that you find the breakfast overrated. The price of the breakfast is EURO 18.50. For this price we serve an American buffet with fresh and organic food, a wide choice of coffees, fresh orange juice etc. For EURO 9.50 you can also take a small 'express' breakfast.
Kind regards,
Francis Windt
