Sister was platinum and stayed on points. Excellent front desk, helped with luggage, room was excellent and had chocolates in room, free internet as platinum and complimentary drink coupons. Family was so happy with all their help and this was their best hotel experience in Europe.Location was great heart of action and walking distance to central station

Two nights pre cruise were great. We arrived early AM from a US to Amsterdam flight. What a location. Easy walking distance to the main sights and places to eat. Very friendly staff. Pricey, but that is expected for Europe. We did some sightseeing including the walking Sandeman Tour which was okay. Nothing to brag about. There were eating places a block away and we went everywhere by foot including the major museums.

For the prices they charge, free wifi internet and breakfast should be free of charge like most similar priced hotels. Hotel is nice enough with good location in the center and friendly staff. To have to pay extra for internet and breakfast for this price is a huge negative for the hotel.
