After a long overseas flight we arrive at The Convent Hotel and the mgr said that he gave our 3 rooms away to a tour group that arrived one day early. He re-booked us into a lesser quality hotel (The Ibis) and apologized for our inconvenience -unbelievable that a hotel mgr can just give away confirmed rooms!
