The hostel is very cheap, near the center of the city so, of course, you cannot pretend too much... We had a 4 persons private room with bathroom. Everything was clean and confortable. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was OK (I've eaten way worse in hotels that aren't this cheap).

This hostel took a while to get used to. To get to it you pass a gorgeous cafe, a sex shop and a 'coffee shop' - this is Amsterdam summed up! Reception was adequate, the room was clean and tidy. price wise it is superb. The rooms are clean. the receptionists were really helpful and looked after us even though we messed up the booking. Its good, as its got a bar and a club that only residents can use. it felt secure too. free WiFi is a bonus. I found it clean and tidy and the location was good.... More

Excellent location, easy walking distance to all major attractions. A couple of bike hire shops opposite too. Was a school rugby group or something staying at the same time we did who kept the noise levels up in the bar the first night. Cheap simple meals available. Wifi only available in public spaces.

Ok- it is very specific hostel so it is hard to rate it... This hostel is known as a most dirty hostel in the world ( owner wrote it on describtion ;) ) so you what you can expect... And this is right- everythoing is terrible- the rooms are very small and it looks like in the jail ;) everywhere... More
