Excellent hotel, perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Amsterdam. Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. Will definately stay here when I return to Amsterdam.

We stayed for 4 nights at a cost of €540. The location was fantastic, the 24 hour reception was ideal and the service was exceptional. The only downfall was the noise level from outside. We had many disturbances throughout each night which meant we did not get one good night sleep. Apart from that this hotel is very good!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The worst (most disgusting) thing is that the towels and linen were dirty. They do not wash the towels. They just collect them, dry them, fold them nicely and give it back to you filthy dirty. Worst of all, the towel would have belonged to some other person in the hotel.... More
