Clogged sink, breakfast buffet with small selection, broken light bulb, 2 sets of towels for 3 persons. This is NOT a professional hotel and we're just disappointed. There are many things to improve. One star for free w-lan access.

This is a good value for a clean hotel in Amsterdam. However, please be sure that when you book, you request a room with air-conditioning. The rooms are very small and there is not good air flow, especially if you are on the ground floor. It was impossible to leave window open and sleep without people walking by your window... More

Spent 3 Nights here. Staff were friendly and efficient when checking in. Twin room was perfectly adequate, clean and tidy. Had all the fascilities you would expect. Very convenient Location. The Amsterdam Best Western Leidse hotel is located near the entertainment district in Amsterdam in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very small, but the water in the shower was warm. The bed was comfortable and I did not have breakfast.
