my honest review it is bad .the rooms me and my family got i got a double and it was so small a dogs kennel is bigger and it was stinking the bed was terrible it was like sleeping on the floor .onto my daughters room bunk beds for 4 adults lights where broke one plug to do full room...

Not comfortable and worth for the amount paid. Toilet is out side the room and service not friendly.
No reception lobby and the check-in had to be done in the restaurant below the hotel. The room is very smelly, no nature light, and no space to put our lugguage. Worst is we have to drag our lugguage along the narrow and steep stair case all the way to 3rd floor. We notice no towels and the staff said...

Location of the hotel is great - nearby all turistic attarctions - museums, center. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Price was too high for the quality of the hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable. I had back pain already from 1st night.
The hotel is very near to central train station. Very near to red light district and amsterdam square. However, it is quite pricey for the condition of the room. Extremely dirty, but we could live with that since we're only in the room just to sleep.
Small hand towels to dry yourself with after a shower - that weren't changed during our 3 day stay. Stains all over the floor. Hairs and stains on the bed and pillows. Room stank. Window held open with a bit of wood. Half a toilet roll to last 3 of us 3 days.
Location is great, hotel is old, mattresses are stained, rooms are cleaned to just barely hostel standards. Unfortunately it is very difficult to find accommodation in Amsterdam that isn't like this, so it's about average for the city. You'll pay way too much for what you get, but you have no other options.
