The staff was very helpful. We really liked talking to them and they tried so hard to made our stay there enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice and WiFi reception was excellent. There is a Tram stop outside the hotel. Tram #7, #10 and #25 run from the Central Station if I remember correctly.
They upgraded us to a larger room....

Hotel was average. Only average. The lobby is interesting, satff increadibiliy helpfull, but that's it. The rooms are so, so, so small that it is difficult for 2 persons to stand up at the same time. Suprisingly, the bathroom is normal-sized. Good decor, ok breakfast, good localization, noisy hallway. And that's it!
Stayed here last December for a weekend and stayed here for 3 nights as part of a week in Europe May5th-8th.
The hotel itself is very accessible from Centraal Station with the number 4 or 25 tram leaving you right outside the door (be sure and get the 1/2/3 day tram pass at the ticket office in Centraal Station, well...

This last week end we stayed in hotel V in Amsterdam,
for the price they charge the deluxe room is absolutely not edaquate at all. This hotel is more like a luxurious youth hostel,
very very small room, tiny, badly lit bathroom/wc, no room service.
Very noisy, due to poor insolation of the windows. The young staff was very friendly and dynamic,...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was spotless and just perfect for what we like. We had a lovely comfy double bed and the shower was massive. Could have stayed in their for ages. :) we walked everywhere, although there is a tram right outside which goes everywhere. Loved the free hot chocolate and coffee...

Rooms are very clean and well furnished, i can't begin to thank enough the staff for their kindness, they have been very helpfull. The hotel has a major tram line stop (line 4) on the other side of the street (in 5 minuted you can be at dam square, 10min for centraal station). Breakfast is continental, you can find anything...

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 1 night back in March. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby/bar area which was fantastic to sit in on an evening before we headed out as the hotel has a great fire in the middle of the room with sofas curving around it. Very relaxing.
The big downside (and probably...

The hotel has a nice lobby and very friendly staff. That's pretty much the only thing positive to say about the hotel. Lived in a standard double room and it was so small that I'm glad I was alone. Would not have been enough for two. There is no chair or table in the room and no space for luggage....

We were delighted once we found it. Very unassuming from the outside, but very funky and cool inside the reception/restauratn area on the ground floor without being cold or unwelcoming. The staff were very thorough, articulate and fiendly on everything from directions and trains to restaurant reservations. Tram stop is acorss the street, and metor metro only a few minutes...
