This is a nice spot if you plan on visiting Haarlem and Amsterdam. You literally get out of the airport, walk across the street to bus stop 300 Haarlem. Make sure you buy a ticket from the driver. Take it to the Haarlem train station. Then take bus 2 Haarlem Noord and the stop says Stayokay. It drops you off... More

All the StayOkay hostels have rooms for one or to persons with high quality sanitary. You can chose in almost every town. Haarlem is one of the locations very near the shore of the North Sea wth a beautifull strand and the dunes. Their are bikes to rent and you can travel throug a lot of National Parks.

I stayed 4 nights in November and the hostel was warm despite it being cold and windy outside. Not my first visit and I would return again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good bar. Although rather dated the hostel remains very clean. Lockers in room - you provide your own padlock. Excellent breakfasts, fresh produce, self-service with good orange juice... More

This hostel, although run as a chain, does not have that feel. The owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the beds were extremely comfortable and the provided breakfast is like no other. Not to mention the free tea and coffee the was constantly available. We happened to stay their on Netherlands neighbour day and hence the owner treated me and... More

Very good place to stay! I have found this place by accident. It was good choice. After my first night I have decided to stay there another one. Good, quite location. Staff was friendly. Answered to all my questions and was always helpful. Room, toilet and shower room very clean. Lockers in every room (make sure you bring padlock). Definitely... More

Big, spacious, the breakfast is good + there's a decent choice, clean rooms and bathrooms. However, the staff was less friendly compared to other hostels I stayed in, more polite - addequate if you like to be treated as a customer and not as a friend. Though they have a bar with billiards or smth like that, the atmosphere is... More

When arriving, if you are having dinner there, or even if you haven't planned to, do it. The food they serve is wonderful! Well thought out buffet there will be something for everyone and it will taste amazing! The corridors aren't exactly clean, due to spillages, but the rooms are very tidy and the bathrooms also. They have a bar... More

This is a typical Stayokay Hostel with cleanliness and a generous breakfast included. Unfortunately, the staff did not enforce the quiet time unless you got up and complained and then it usually didn't work. There happened to be two large groups of teenagers (and their coaches) staying there who had little regard for any other people there. Other than that,... More

The common areas of this hostel had decent decor. But once I picked up my sheets and walked through the corridor into the sleeping area, I almost felt like I was in a prison. Okay, I'm exaggerating a little, but the rooms were completely devoid of any personality. Gray mattresses, gray floor. One room with the toilet, one room with... More
