It is central. It is 2 minutes from the station. On a canal. Rooms a bit OTT but clean and it all works. Staff friendly. Didn't try breakfast so can't comment.

having booked through Booking.com 3 weeks prior to my stay, I got there to find out they had overbooked. My rate being a cheaper deal meant that I was bumped. I was offered a room in another building, some 400m away, or the room they never let. I chose the room in the manin building. It was OK, but broken....

Loved the location - close to the train station and the centrum. Got a good deal on the internet per night. Cons - not particularly quiet, the availability of staff at the reception desk is limited.
Annoyed that despite it saying on their website when booking that internet was included in the room rate, they wanted to charge me again for it. Just cancelled my hotel booking at 9pm the night before I was due to check in due to overbooking, despite the fact that I booked 3 weeks ago. No idea what the hotel is like but this seems incredibly unprofessional.
You’d expect a certain standard from a room classified as Junior Suite. Not in this hotel though! The carpet was quite dirty, there was water damage on the walls and some of the furniture were quite dusty. Matrass was worn out, lamps were broken. This all makes you wonder how the lower standard rooms look like! Noises from other rooms...

I have stayed in lots of hotels in delft, but this is definately the worst. Breakfast is charged for on the bill regardless. Monies quoted for room rate is rounded up in their favour on the bill. If Luxury room means peeling wallpaper, damp patches, grubby worn out carpets, a dirty coffee machine with no coffee, grey, worn out towels....
