The location is fairly quite, away from the main centre of Leiden, ideal if you have your own car or bicycle..can be noisy on the weekends, a football field adjacent, you might also have trouble getting a park because of all the spectators watching football. This is a pleasant hotel, no problems at all. It is not too great if you don't have a car though. Walk along busy highways, across a bridge.

Voorschoten itself is a sleepy little place, so for a little more nightlife, catch the 45 bus to Leiden (10 minute trip - costs 1 Euro after 9am).
