I informed the hotel about my late arrival and I had a guranteed booking with high cancellation fees. When arriving at midnight the hotel was fully booked, lame apologies (never happened in 20 years....whoever believes it...), then being transferred to a worse hotel, the next day a cheap bottle of wine as an excuse and an upgrade which didn't help...

I didnt log at this hotel, i had a 5days morning till evening seminar in this hotel. Pls note my review is just generally About the genuineness and helpfulness of the staffs. They are really nice and helpful without been overly friendly. Though the meal in this hotel needs upgrading.
