Mechelem is about 30 minutes from Brussels Airport and a great alternative if Brussels is busy. Hotel is on a small street and GPS doesn't work too well around Mechelen's roadworks. It's a nice hotel with a nice theme, but asking 15€ a day for internet and 25€ a day for parking is too greedy imo.
