On the good: brand new but small bathroom, easy location close to motorway. On the bad: Smelly corridors, stained carpet, old room, synthetic pillow. Will not return if I have other options.

I stayed here on business for a for a few days, visiting clients. The hotel ideally located for access to the area, and is easy to find. Travel time from Bussels Midi is about 30 min. Rates were very reasonable. They have upgraded the restaurant menu to amore gourmet type restaurant, the judge is still out on that.

Hotel Nivelles-Sud is a fantastic spot to stay while in Belgium. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the Nivelles town centre and easy access to the train station. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. Great restaurant (Mussels superb) and lobby pub! While in Nivelles or nearly towns, this is the place to stay.

Excellent hotel, rooms very clean and well equipped. Restaurant was superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in this area.

situated clos to the motorway and next to an industrial estate, this hotel is probably one of the only few solutions in the area of Nivelles. The hotel has a somewhat outdated appearance, could do with some renovation. it is still in the "old style" Vandervalk for those who know what that means. Rooms are OK, but nothing more. Important... expensive, but most hotels are in Belgium. very nice decor, stylish and comfortable in both bars and restaurant areas. staff very pleasant. No Leisure centre, out door pool was OK, just weather was too cold when we stayed. Room was good, separate rooms for us and kids, beds comfortable. Would stay again at the right rate.

Reception at check-in was friendly and helpful. The lobby with its café and sitting area is nice and the guy behind the bar was friendly as well.
