We have stayed here numerous times. It has a great location to Shuman and Metro. Great value and never any problem with reservation or noise. The Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Great calm and relax atmosphere.

I did not stay at the hotel, but went to the restaurant with two friends. Two of us took the same salad, and we were both sick the next morning. Plus the salad was supposed to have lobster but had prawns instead (as we discovered it by ourselves). I will not come back.

Stayed there Mar16-19, located close to Metro and European Commision. The breakfast and meals were not bad. However, The rooms small and the bed not very comfortable. The mattresses need to be changed. So does the carpeting. Housekeeping wasn't quite up to it either.

This hotel is pleasant and corporate due to its position next to the European Commission in Brussels. For us the best thing about it was the fantastic breakfast which really set you up for the day. It's position is a long walk from the centre of Brussels also.
