Great accomodations, and services. Located close to metro, tram and train stations. If you find breakfast expensive, you can use the hotel's coffee or other coffees nearby (there is a good option into the Manhattan shopping, in the same hotel building).

Frontdesk staff was friendly. Hotel itself is pretty outdated and needs renovation. Air circulation is poor where smoke comes in via vent even in non smoking room but u can open window to get some fresh air if not too cold.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel. Concierge was helpful with arrangements to take the train to Bruge. The Nord Train Station was only 2 1/2 blocks away. The hotel was very busy. It was clean and people were very kind. It is close to Grand Place (the town square) Very nice.
