We were treated royally at this hotel. We are HHonors members, paid for regular rooms and upgraded to corner rooms. Rooms were well appointed, Service was impeccable, location was good and public transportation convenient to major attractions.

This hotel is great for visiting Covent, clean, efficient, and reasonably priced on Internet. Otherwise though lacking atmosphere. My room was clean and modern, no complaints (unlike colleague at thon who collected some large and nasty bed bugs!).
