something was smeling in my room. Even when I opened my window for 3 hours, this smeling was still in the air, until the day after! But the breakfast was really marvellous

Location was good. It was very close to the Grand Place Square and the city center. Room was also well-designed and cleaned. Receptionists were very helpful and kind. Thank you for everyone for their help.

Fantastic place to stay - Reception staff all very helpful and multilingual. Room on the small side but adequate. It was clean as was the bathroom. Free coffe is served 6 - 11 in the morning and breakfast which we had included was of a very high continental standard.. Very convenient for the Central station and all the major sights.... More

Wanted the area, other hotels full or too expensive. NH dull reception, not particularly welcoming receptionists, chilly room and atmosphere. Breakfast way too expensive. I had the feeling that customers were really not welcome - we sort of got in the way! Better value elsewhere - would not stay here again.

The Ibis seemed dear for and Ibis, the Novotel too expensive, the smaller hotels were full, so I thought I'd try the NH in the neighbourhood I liked. Reception uninviting, reception staff not particularly welcoming, most don't speak French, breakfast not worth the money, as a guest one feels redundant. Stayed here again after several years of staying in >10 other hotels on brussels. Big mistake. Rooms are standard high level NH fare. Frankly, I like the chain.
