Initially upgraded to a junior suite due to status, this however turned out to be one of the many rooms that were not renovated. The hotel is so near everywhere you'll want to go. Brussels isn't huge but the hotel is about 3 minutes from Le Grand Place and literally opposite the Central Station. Most Eurostar tickets include travel to any onward location so it's free to get to Brussels Central from Brussels Midi (a whole 4 minute journey on a very comfy train).... More

You cannot beat this location. As others have stated, it is right across the street from the Central Train station - very easy for day trips and the train to the airport, and close to Grand Place. “Definitely a five star hotel”

An excellent hotel, with excellent staff in an excellent location. The breakfast buffet was very good and the lobby was very impressive. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I think the staff were probably the most professional that I have encountered in a Brussels hotel and that makes it just that more special. I hope to stay here again

I was very pleased with my stay. Great location steps from the train station and the rest oh the main attractions in Brussels. Would recommend to anyone. Room had a great layout and staff accommodated our request for an early check in.

“An outstanding hotel in Brussels”

We have been using this hotel in the centre of Brussels for many years. It is not cheap, but the quality of service is wonderful. All the staff are cheerful, courteous and helpful. L'Epicerie restaurant has a wonderful menu. Every box gets ticked!
