I stayed in an updated room, it was was a good size with a nice bathroom. The water in the shower was a struggle. Extremely cold, then extremely hot. The hotel is in a fantastic location - six chocolate shops within walking distance and some fantastic restaurants e.g. Lola. Lots of good places to walk and a park nearby where you can go for a good run. Staff are very helpful and courteous and the internet works well throughout the hotel which is a big bonus for business travellers... More

had to wait for hot water for 10 minutes, receptionist could not find voucher, old rooms. friendly staff, nice location.

We had a wonderful bedroom, recently refurbished ( much nicer than the pictures on the website). The location of the hotel is great on the beautiful square of the Grand Sablon. Nice christmas decoration, very quiet ! I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very comfortable hotel, pleasant staff with lifts to all floors and a baggage room to store cases in on your last morning. The breakfast is on the dear side, but there is an excellent brasserie* on the far side of the square which is also good for dining at night if you do not wish to go... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were all very nice, the rooms are nice and clean, The beds are comfortable. It's in a nice location with the city centre not to far away and it's close to the train station.
