It's a little bumpy of a walk with your luggage from the cab drop off (but then again the hotel can't control the cobblestone streets). The hotel lobby is very nice and up to date and they have free use of the house computer which was nice. Our hotel room was ok. It had a single bed downstairs and a... More

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at the Arlequin, and we were as pleased as ever with our experience. The room we had looked newly furnished, and the bed was large and very comfortable. We got a good price for two nights, and although there are better looking hotels around, it is clean and warm, and... More

This hotel show a public room price from over 300€, even if we paid only 80€.... You think, what a good deal! Even not the rooms are small and old, the breakfast room offers a nice view on Brussels to forget about the bad coffee... You will certainly find something better for almost the same price in Brussels....

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in March. Hotel reception was warm. The triple room was spacious, quiet with comfortable beds and fresh linen. However, the floor carpets and room curtains are in dire need of updating. Window sills are so dirty. Breakfast was average. Hotel is walking distance to Midi Train Station, Grand Place, Mannekin Pis (and... More

When looking for the hotel I was surprised to see that the entrance was adjoined with a closed movie theater. As you can expected from such a thing, not the best scene. The lobby is nice and I was happy to receive my room even when I arrived early. The room itself is OK but very old and worn down,... More

The hotel is in great location! Our package comes with the breakfast which I was greatful for. We would skipped lunch and had waffles and chocolate during the day and a huge dinner afterward instead. the hotel is clean and comfortable. the bed was comfortable and the batroom is an ok size. but if you have lived in a studio... I booked one night at this hotel through a third-party 'daily deal' type website for a great price, breakfast included. I needed a place to stay with a friend of mine in order to attend a concert in Brussels. The hotel could not be reached by car as it is located in an alley of one of the busy streets... More

Stayed here for a 2 nights. We had a room on the 5th floor. While the room itself was spacious and sunny (large windows overlooking the city on two walls), it was pretty dirty. The carpet had giant brown stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was large but very basic and could definitely use updating. No... More

Its a very good hotel. Spacious room, we were in a triple room 511, quiet. The breakfast was fine and sufficient and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the belgian rooftops with the impressive gothic tower of the Grand place! The entrance hall is also spacious. The lifts are small but it didnt bother me. The doorknob of our... More

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in Feb 2012 as part of a 30th Birthday trip. I'll start with the good points of the hotel. We only wanted a hotel near the Grand Place that was clean and somewhere to rest for the night after drinking and it certainly catered to these needs (as a party we were all... More

Dear, once again HAPPY BIRTHDAY and thank you for sharing your experiences about your stay. The sheets would have been changed and lightbulbs replaced. However, thank you for your comment regarding... More
