Spent two days there to celebrate friend's birthday. Room very impressive - on 2 floors with lounge downstairs & bedroom upstairs. Room even had a Nespresso machine! Food good (although breakfast a little overpriced), staff very friendly and helpful. Good location in centre of city

We loved this hotel. The room was large and immaculate with a mini bar and a separate bathroom. Lovely large comfy bed. The pool area downstairs was great and very different I loved the rock effect. I would however never visit Brussels again as I found the city very dirty and did not get good vibes when walking about.

Just returned from a long weekend in Brussels, would recommend the Novotel to anyone looking for a central location, excellent facilities and friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you might require. Tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, mini bar and TV. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.
