We really enjoyed staying here as it is located steps from the central train station and very close to the main square. Our spacious room overlooked the plaza at the back of the hotel. The price was excellent (96 Euros total) for our Friday night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants nearby so we... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights on our way home after three weeks in Europe. Easy walk with luggage from Central Station (a real maze) and check-in was a breeze. Very nice room overlooking the plaza at the back of the hotel. Variety of breakfast selections -- scrambled eggs, bacon, broiled tomatoes, waffle-maker, cereals, and assortment of breads with... We stayed 2 nights and the weather was not good until the last day. That said this hotel is Central to two beautiful squares with lots of old buildings to see. It is a people's place just to sit and enjoy whatever is your passion from Cafe, Belgium waffles, chocolate or just people watching. There is music in the square... More

A nice hotel in a perfect location. Parking garage is 50 feet from the hotel. Price was excellent for the area. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Internet was free. Would like to see them add a fitness center. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast with hot and cold selections.

Great location - just off the Grand Place and steps from the central station (one stop from the Eurostar station) and the metro so it is easy to reach by public transit. There is also parking right next door to the hotel. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The front desk staff were most helpful. Breakfast is expensive... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room had a great view overlooking the market courtyard. Only a 2 minute walk from the grand square and right inside the old town. Walking distance from Brussels central station. The hotel staff and the general atmosphere is a little cold. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast provided is sufficient. Great value... Beautiful well located hotel right in the middle of everything. Rooms were lovely and beds so comfy. We got really good rate and free breakfast which was excellent. A really good choice of foods and only negative was miserable waiter telling us off for making own waffle. It should have a clear sign stating to ask a staff member for... More

First time to Brussels but won't be my last. This hotel is central to everything both the railway station and bus tour are only literally a few minutes away. The grand place with all it's beautiful buildings and cafes and night lighting in the square after ten are spectacular and not to be missed. Brussels spoils you for food from... More

We stayed for 4 nights (two rooms) in January and, having booked a place further down the road that was supposed to be a 3 star, we moved to the Best Western which was a palace in comparison! The rooms were large (having come from staying in the tiny Paris hotels) and comfortable, although could do with a bit more... More

The hotel itself is just beside the train station, in the center of Bruxelles, near all main attractions. We had a very big room, clean. Free wifi. There is a business center with 2 computers near the reception or Internet, but they were both defect. Breakfast ok.
