Clean... quiet, peaceful sleep... courteous, helpful staff... within walking distance of so much... a wide variety of food/prices all nearby. There are "modern" places for over E30 more/night that don't offer enough to make them worth the difference in cost. This "side street" spot reflects and retains the atmosphere of the surrounding history. Excellent, excellent value.

Loved this hotel, very affordable and in the best location in the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in finding good places to eat and go sightseeing. The room was very clean and comfortable and was within walking distance to many really good places to eat and drink.

Spent three nights in this hotel. Easy walk with suitcases from train station even in pouring rain. Large clean rooms but the decor was a bit dull.
