our room was on the frontside of the hotel; a bit noisy sometimes because of the cars in the street, but apart from that; good value for money and great location!
I've stayed once at the Portmans hotel. The hotel is located in a very romantic little street where there are several restaurants. The hotel is very small and so are the rooms, they are really tiny! Although it is clean the size of the room without any view made it an unpleasant stay.
