This old and small hotel just behind the cathedral is very Nice. Dont Expect a luxury hotel, but it is clean, comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpfull. It is very near to All the main sights and by Tram it is only 10 minutes to the ICC Conférence Center. .

I spent one night at hotel Flandria in Mid-September. The room was a bit old and infested with mosquitos. The receptionist was kind enough to offer a plug-in insect killer upon request. Breakfast was decent, however the slice bread was molded. The positive side of the hotel is the location: quiet street and yet very central.
