We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Hotel Heritage in Bruges. It is a beautiful, elegant small hotel in an absolutely perfect location to enjoy Bruges - on a nice quiet street just one block off the main Market Square. We easily walked to all the tourist sights, sometimes coming back to the hotel to drop off packages or just... More

We found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The room was comforatable and the lcoation was great. They provided us with information about a free 2 hour walking tour I the hotel provide us with a voucher) which we did; the tour guide was fantastic and it seemed as if we saw everything in the city, taken into... Very nice hotel, but expensive in every way i.e. car parking, breakfast etc. Room was small and cramped and carpet looked like it needed a clean. If you like old and open fire place then this is the place for you. But if you like new, modern and affordable then its a no no. We just had breakfast, lunch and... More

We spent two nights at the Hotel Heritage in Bruges for my birthday and I would highly recommend it and return to the city and to the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, explained everything in perfect English, carried our bags and generally made us feel very important! Our room was upgraded to a superior room and they even sent... We much enjoyed two nights in the Heritage, which has a splendid location on a quiet street just 150 m from Markt, so that everything a typical tourist will want to see in Bruges is within walking distance. The hotel’s décor is elegant in ‘traditional’ style and the public rooms are cosy. Our bedroom was compact but well equipped, including... More

This is more than an a 4 star hotel. The hotel is an great location, a few minutes walk from the Markt / Burg in the centre of Bruges, so very close to bars, restaurants, shops, musuems, canals etc. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The service was superb - nothing was too much trouble. It was a... More

Beautifully appointed, tranquil and wholly curteous ambience, and 'easy' ... just park at the front door and from that point everything is attended to precisely as arranged. Friendly, welcoming and reassuringly professional conduct by all the Hotel staff. The perfect breakfast adventure, and dinner in 'Le Mystique' a totally outstanding experience. For us it is the only place to stay... More

We stayed here on our anniversary and loved the place. They had a bottle of champagne chilling in the room when we arrived. We had the blue room on the second floor. On the third floor there is a sweet little balcony you can have a coffee and look out over the roofs of the city. It is very close... More

After an intensive teaching and traveling schedule we arrived at the Hotel around 8:30 pm, tired and hungry. We were greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude, which was maintained throughout our stay. My friend and I have many food allergies so we had written ahead about them, great care was taken with our concerns. Our dinner at the restaurant... More
