A lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff. We have just come back from a long weekend in Bruges and had an excellent stay at the Pand Hotel. The staff are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a great location, just metres from the Rosary, and is a great base to explore Bruges from. We would certainly recommend having breakfast in the hotel - it was simply delicious and the complimentary glass of champagne was a great way to start the day!

Fantastic hotel! Service was friendly, impeccably clean, and don't miss the breakfast. We also enjoyed the location of this hotel. It's a short five minute walk to the main square, but just enough off the path to get away from the tourists. Nice restaurants in the area as well. Would happily stay here again!

The staff and service were exceptional, as was the location! The hotel is located on a quiet street but is literally around the corner from a main road and just a 5-minute walk to the main square, we could not have asked for a better location. My friend and I arrived on a Thursday morning, jet lagged and worn out from travel overnight from the US. Although we were there at mid-morning our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze; they gave us rooms on the same floor and just a few doors away. The staff noticed that my friend’s birthday was during our stay and gave us complimentary champagne. Another friend was joining us the next day from the Netherlands and they made sure to have her room ready, and also put her on the same floor. This is a small hotel so that wasn’t as easy as it sounds. When our friend arrived the next day we caught up in one of the beautiful and cozy public rooms; after a time catching up a member of the staff asked if we wanted tea, which we did. They brought tea and also a lovely assortment of finger food. They gave excellent directions and restaurant recommendations. I stayed for 3 nights and hated to leave. My friends and I still talk about the excellent, personalized service from the friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend this lovely little hotel!

This is a lovely hotel, in a great location with staff that make you feel at home. Stayed here in December 2023 and this will be our hotel of choice in future in Bruges. Breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked to order and a glass of bubbly. The waiter was a delight to deal with. Then there are nice room to sit and have a drink after walking around Bruges. Also the hotel was located so we could pop back very easily during the day. We arranged parking through the hotel which was ideal. Our car was parking in its own locked garage.

Room Tip: Get directions (very easy) as Bruges has new car rules that came into effect in 2023.

We (a couple) stayed at The Pand from 4th December for 4 nights. We travlled in our own vehicle from the UK and paid for parking at the hotel which resulted in us housing the car in a secure single garage there, brilliant. We had a junior suite on the first floor and it was utterly charming, comparable to a scene from a Charles Dickens Christmas tale. It was the perfect size, very roomy and had an ample bathroom with dual sinks, a whirlpool bath and excellent shower. Cleaning was undertaken every day and the choccy gift every evening is a lovely treat. The breakfast; Wow. Service impeccable and choice fabulous, the Champagne is another special touch which sets this hotel aside from the others. It's intimate, perfectly appointed and situated. You're meters from the most famous sights of Bruges and some of the best bars and restaurants. A tip, instead of turning left out of the hotel every evening, turn right. Go find Bie Jimmy's Bar (less than 100 meters away) which is cosy, immaculate and very friendly. Great choice of wine, beers and spirits. Also Park restaurant is down there - you will need to book and you will not be disappointed, a whole other experience to be had there, amazing and if we weren't staying a the Pand we would've missed them and missed out. The bar at the hotel is incredibly quaint and the rooms you can use to sit in and chill out after a day on the cobbles are crammed with comfort and inspirational touches. A Gin and Tonic after a long day was the perfect nightcap to enjoy in such a peaceful setting. I cannot emphasise the charm of The Pand enough, the dedication from the staff and the whole vibe of the place is exceptional. If you want a large, modern, impersonal hotel with all of the mod cons, look elsewhere. However if chose to go to Bruges then put the icing on the cake and stay here. I've never felt so safe, cosy and Christmassy anywhere else on the planet. Simply wonderful. What a triumph. Thank you to all who contribute to deliver such a perfect experience in a beautiful, clean and breathtaking city.

A little gem in the heart of old Brugge. Super friendly and helpful staff, where nothing is too much trouble. The staff are super attentive, with lots of small and unexpressed personal touches to make you feel valued. The breakfast is awesome, but pace yourselves as it keeps coming. Our room was beautifully appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. We will be back.

On occasion of my recent stay in this hotel it happened the someone of my family forgot his iPad. Just two days after having departed the hotel I received an eMail informing me of this and asking for direction in order to be returned. This is something that, unfortunately this is note the rule ! I have been in other hotels and last year in a 5 stars hotel in the French Riviera a purse was forgotten, but at the hotel there was no trace of it ! I have already heard of such inconvenience and when you cross with honest people the matter has to be published. Apart from this, the hotel is very nice, clean, well located and the personel very helpful and kind.

Exceptional service, staff go extra-mile for guests to have an Unforgettable experience. Outstanding service in a charming beautiful luxurious hotel. Thanks a lot everyone, my husband and I had such a nice time: hotel is in the centre, but the street is quiet and so beautiful ! We appreciated everything: from the early check-in, to the chocolate left as bedtime presents every evening, superb breakfast served at the table, receptionists always with a nice smile, availability to help and just providing service at outstanding level.

This is a small luxury hotel, quiet and good staff. We stayed n small suite well worth the room and king bed. The breakfast room was delightful and the food was plentiful. The lady who cooks your eggs, ( any way you like) has been there 25 years and her husband serves too. You will be n walking distance from the square and at night it is just magical. Lights on the canals are a photo op for sure, ( just one block away). There are great restaurants again within walking distance. Hint: Google bicycle shops and take a ride to Damme, it’s a easy ride along the canals, have lunch n Damme and if you are too tired, there’s a paddle boat you can put your bike on and they will take you back to Bruges.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent. Charming room was a little small but it was indeed charming. Breakfast was wonderful and service was second to none. Central location close to many of the main tourist attractions. Small gripes would be TV was not a smart TV and a little small, hairdryer in the bathroom was poor but asides that, a great stay.
