Came from a more expensive place in Brussels to Jacobs and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are clean, bathrooms spotless if a bit on the small side. Breakfast provided was also very good. Staff are very helpful and polite, quiet location only a 7 minute walk from the centre of town. Very good value and highly recommended.
