This elegant and nicely put hotel should make sure to have a better restaurant. The Suchi place looks nice but service is slow and food just ok. Portuguese resto offers same slow service of people dont enjoy their work. Meny is much to boribg for a 5 star hotel

I thought this place was great when I got here (and now afterwards, still do). However, when I was in the spa, there was a fire in the sauna. This is a lovely modern hotel set in the old city, within easy walking distance of everything. The room and the facilities were superb. My sandwich from the snack bar was disappointing, but everything else was superb. Flaky wifi connectivity - not available at all in my room, and only intermittently in public areas.

Best choice in town! Really surprised with this hotel. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, restaurant, interiors and exterior (beautiful and well treated garden and a very good swimming-pool) Plus a Sushi-Bar really Six stars!Kenzo, sushi-man chief-in-house made one of my best sushi ever! Excellent service. We stayed in a room with balcony, which had direct access to the pool. We recommend also the hotel's restaurant, Degust'ar, excellent. Wifi not available in the rooms. The location is excellent, you can walk to the historic centre of Evora (5 minutes).

Great holidays, relaxing and luxurious.The staff is very friendly and professional, spa area is very relaxing, rooms are spacious, confortable and very well decorated. Can't wait for our next visit. Thank you.
