Ok so the decor is a little dated but the staff are fantastic as is the location. We are celebrating our anniversary today and have just had delivered a bottle of bubbly chocolates and strawberries - and we only mentioned it in passing. Think previous reviews were mainly spot on. Comfortable and homely, staff very helpful, decor a little tired but upgrade due (delayed because the chain's hotels in Brazil are being given priority prior to World Cup and Oympics). Location couldn't be bettered. Really enjoyed the massage!

Very good and professional hotel with superb, helpful and always smiled staff. Great food, everyday something new to try. Each day rooms are cleaned.
