This hotel is in a great location, is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Our main reasons for choosing this hotel were the sauna, steam room, pool and gym and they were wonderful.

Great hotel, great location if you like to walk places, rooms are small but you get used to it as they are well designed. Great food and service and well priced compared to the more bigger and branded Lisbon properties. Good day spa as well - I will be back!

Good place to stay and visit Lisbon on foot..close to all commodities both for shoping and sightseeing tours. Difficult to get to if you come by car as GPS does not recognize the number of the street which is divided into two long sections. Had to stop and ask several times inorder to get there. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. Breakfast is great, worth extra 13 euros we paid. Convenient location. Indoors smoking area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice receiving good night candy. :) if your room is not warm enough just ask the receptionist to adjust it. One thing though, the elevator doors close quickly, be careful especially with children.

Style: Boutique hotel, only 1 yr old. The style is more homely and classical but with all mod cons. Flat screen TV and ipod docks in the rooms, lovely spacious showers (no baths) and quirky bathroom designs. Comfy beds, electronic safe, individually regulated air conditioning units. Smart hotel and good location. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. A very good base to explore Lisbon.
