Good location.Nice clean bedroom but washbasin cracked, WC cistern constantly running and shower screen leaking.Plenty of staff fussing around but not really doing anything.Breakfast very good but plates cold.Water and coffee in bedrooms overpriced.Rooftop restaurant very nice but pricey.

So called luxury hotel located directly at the Avenida da Libertade. Gives you the perfect starting point for exploring the older central parts of the city like Baixa, Bairro Alto og Alfama. Spacious lobby with comfortable furnitures. There is a nice roof top restaurant with a magnificent view of the city.

The hotel have some small rooms and toilets. I stayed on 406 and is very small. Have room service and the food was to poor for this kind of hotel. Very expensive food and drinks. Don't mind to pay if there is something good.

Great location, nice hotel, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. Without the balcony, the room would have been quite small, and not worth the price. We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The rooms seemed a bit bare at first but they were very comfortable! Staff was nice! We walked to many nice areas. The top sky bar was beautiful in the evening! Comfy sitting areas, and very special!

I stayed at here for a conference, and it's a perfectly acceptable business hotel. Nice room (the bed was VERY comfortable) Courteous, helpful staff. Nice breakfast (I didn't have any other meals). While this hotel is centrally located and has a beautiful lobby the staff is cold and unfriendly. We asked for an upgrade so they gave us a room with a terrible view. :( The room while recently remodeled had paint brush marks on the door hardware.
