It was my second stay at this hotel. Although it is an old partially renewed hotel, its location, staff friendliness which gives a "brazilian" comfort and overall services, as its breakfast, offers a good stay in the wonderful Lisbon. I should consider staying at Vip Diplomatico even compared to the other Vip hotels in the city.
