My favorite part is the staff--there is always someone at the front desk 24/7 and they were, each of them, kind, helpful and patient. All spoke English well. As this was our first time in Lisbon, we had lots of questions. Good wifi, nice hospitality, clean sheets, and big rooms are the high points. Low points are it's not new... More

I stayed there in Dec 2010 and went back there with two of my friends in April 2011. It is really a wonderful budget hotel. You might find your room a bit untidy when you arrive there, but if you ask them to clean the room you'll definitely get a good service. Free Wi-Fi for all our laptops, good breakfast,... More

The room was filthy -- garbage under the furniture, burnt out light bulbs, broken window shutter. Noisy as can be. Not a great place. The guy at the desk was rude. The only thing going for it is the location and you can find a host of places in Lisbon which are a lot better.

Staff was friendly, room was tidy. Location is good; between El Corte Inglés department store and Parque metro station. Street noise disturbet my night sleep, though not my wife's.

I stayed here for 3 days during the second week of this year. It was a great place for the price. Very clean. Staff terribly friendly and helpful. It's 300 steps from a metro station called Parque and it's only 2 or 3 stops from the down town section where many of the great restaurants are. The part of the... More

We stayed at this hotel from the 20th to the 22 march 2010. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. There was a opened soap that was lying besides the sink. The worst, we found some hair on the toilets and on the bath. By the way, the bath's tap was broken and rusted (room 408)... The room was noisy at... More

I travelled to Lisbon with my sisters and frind and was delighted with the whole expereince. This hotel added to my trip and at this price you can't beat it. Staff were pleasant, rooms basic clean and tidy and breakfast of rolls, cheese, ham and coffee more than enough. It's not plush but if you are looking for value for... More

The room was clean (in fact the paint was still drying on the door, when we arrived!). The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. Fridge, hairdryer, tv were all operational. Breakfast was adequate. There is a charge of 15 Euros to deposit items in the safe - which is a bit hefty. Also DON'T use the phone to make... More

Staying at Residencia Nazareth gave us a much more colorful experience than at a more generic hotel. The place is owned and run by a Portuguese-Indian family, and we found the desk staff crusty but helpful - even likable. Our room was large (I think we must have gotten upgraded or something) and very bright, clean, and comfortable, with slightly... More
