This is a decent hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are nice, clean and wifi is free and working great. Beds are small if you are 1 metre 91 like me. Shower in the room is shabby. Airco works fine. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant downstairs where you can buy water in bottle.

The front desk staff acted unpleasantly and with a bad temper all our stay. We missed basic services such as Air Conditioner and TV most of our stay. Leaving the windows open was very noisy. Not suitable for guests with accesibility limitations.

Location is great as it is close to major spots, bus to the Maritime statue and train station to Sintra. Staff were very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Nice room in a bit of a strange building. But we had a great view over the square and were literally around the corner from the Rossio metro station and a busy taxi stand. Right in the middle of it all. Good windows limited the street noise.

Very nice place, close to the castle and to Augusta Street. The Sightseening Bus stops in front of the hotel. Very clean inside, with a nice hot shower. The room was a little too small... There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.

Yes our room was up 96 steps (4th floor). Yes we had to open the balcony door to let the air - and plaza noise - in. However the door was double glazed and sound-proofed the room when shut.
