We strongly recommend this hotel, after spending an amazing 7 days for sure we will be back, from food to accommodation and staff service I can only compare it with top rating hotels in the UK, the staff has an ability to make each one of the clients special and any requirements will be dealt immediately...Oh the Portuguese welcome...fantastic :)

We have just returned from Costa da Caparica where we stayed in the hotel with the same name. It was terrible!!! Every day you get the same food for breakfast: ham, eggs, cheese, some fruit (not fresh!), cakes. The rooms are small and dirty, there is no refrigerator in the room. To summaryze it is a 2 stars motel not a 4 stars at all Look good from outside but the room are so ugly, not clean stain on the carpet the bed is horrible so hard noise from outside need earplugs, the bathroom need a complete update No bathrobe no slippers the bath products you dont want to use it... On arrival our reception was very good, the Hotel was very good but was under used by other guests. The restaurant was first class and the bar and pool area spotless. There are a number of staff that were very good but the best were Fatama, Manuel & Pedro and bar staff...and Henrique on reception. We would return here anytime.
