Very friendly staff, good breakfast and perfect location!
Perfect location off Figueira, little noisy, but that is to be expected, and lovely staff. Good breakfast also. Recommended.
The location of this hotel is the real selling point, just off the square at Rossio, everything we wanted to visit/see was within walking distance, we were so pleased at how easy it was to get to everything we wanted to do. The lobby is nice and welcoming, staff were really friendly and helpful, and wifi is free there. The...

Ok hotel with a very nice location. The reception area and breakfast room is nice. The room we got was of a nice size, as earlier mentioned, worned down as expected - but the smell! We couldn't figure out if it was the drain in the bathroom, or moist damage. With two french balconies we got rid of it (or...

Couldn't ask for a better location in Baixa/Chiado. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room had peeling paint & plaster; bath needed a vigorous cleaning.
I stayed at this hotel twice last year. Rooms are small but clean. No real chair in the rooms, just a wooden bench for luggage. Hardwood floors in rooms. No support bars at all in bath tub. Lighting is just average. Not sure I would stay here during the dark winter months. Television with 14 channels (BBC, CNN in English)...

A honest 3 star hotel, clean and absolutely central location, close to everything. Do not expect shining luxury but a small design hotel good for anyone looking for a not expansive accommodation and without particular needs. Rooms are clean and with a funny "blue-design", reception area with free Wifi is also design style, breakfast is average and public parking just...

The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet at nighttime so we slept fine. Bathroom was quite large but water had to run...

The hotel has a great location... The room was small, old, don't have internet, and the view is very very very very bad... The parking was very expensive....
My mother and I stayed at this hotel at short notice for nine days under the most awful circumstances. My father had become critically ill while on a cruise and was put ashore and taken to hospital in Lisbon.
Throughout our stay every single member of the hotel's staff showed us the most exceptional care, kindness and good service.
