Good location, excellent breakfast, people were nice and warm, room was large and modern. The ratio price- performance exceeded my expectations. It takes 15 minutes from the airplane by cab. Nearby there is a underground station.

This hotel is located a few steps away from both metro stations ( Parque, Marquês de Pombal). The airport express bus stops also close to HF urban. The breakfast is quite decent, and reasonably priced, if not included in room rate. Some rooms are smallish, but adequate. They have a lot of foreign tv channels.

The family room was really spacious and comfortable. One of the biggest room I've ever stayed in. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean everyday with fresh supplies of towels. The family room we booked was so spacious, it was great. We had several devices pulling on the free Wifi with no problems and the hotel is situated really close to a Metro station. The staff at this hotel were particularly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, with plenty of available seating and food.
