There is nothing good to say about this place and to be honest we felt really sorry for the poor people having to work there. Management was non-existent, the poor employees were slaves trying to accomodate lots of people and the accommodation was horrid. AVOID!

This place was a waste of a day in Portugal. After seeing Fatima and Lisbon the whole area was a disappointment. We walked in and went to check in. Well, all I can say is they had no lobby, just a room with a table, sofa and board. Then we started to look around and well...the place was so old...
