Great place to stay in heart of city. Concierge very helpful with what to see. Other staff also friendly and helpful. Hotel lives up to a five star. Rooms beautifully presented. Gym available with various equipment available. Wifi very efficient .

This hotel was very well run and the employees were eager to be helpful. Unlike some hotels, their arranged for airport pick up and car/driver Douro valley day trip was fairly priced. My only complaint was an ordinary dinner in their dinning room.

Rooms are nice. Cleaning service one day done only after 1600hrs. Concierge very attentive. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Location good. Cost/value relationship not too exciting. We had high expectations for a five-star hotel, unfortunately those were not fully met.
