Despite my last stay here being in 2008 the check-in staff recognized me immediately and gave a very nice room. The bar service was extremely friendly and the choice of snacks enjoyable. A definate alternative to my fav. Sheraton ehen full or prices outrageous!

What a wonderful hotel, and on a bus tour! That's saying quite a lot. If I had anything on which to comment, it would be the 1/2 shower door - but in defense of the hotel, there was a lovely rain shower apparatus so you were not dousing the bathroom floor simultaneously. Staying in this hotel was a very good experience. I want to highligt in particular the excellent restaurant, Poivron rouge. Short overnight stay in what is a very nice and good value hotel. Reception service was excellent with a glass of port being offered on arrival. Rooms were to a very high specification and the food and service in the hotel restuarent was excellent. Would definately stay at the hotel again if on another trip to Porto

This is a beautiful hotel. Very nice and clean. Location is also very good . The rooms are comfortable and quiet, good sleeping quality. the service is absolutely professional and friendly. All in all I highly recommend you this hotel. Can't wait to stay here again

We stayed here one night - wish we would have stayed longer. Easy access from the motorway and easy to find. Front desk service was wonderful. They let us check in early (10am), and provided maps and lots of information for us to explore the city. A 5 minute cab ride to the historic center is only about 5 euro.... More
