Excellent room but regretfully quite noisy. Neighbouring guests and passing guests are very well noticable. The lobby is very pleasant, the restaurant is very average serving buffet-style dinners. Breakfast is good. Internet is free of charge (as it should be). The hotel is not exactly in the city center.

The hotel is situated in Campo Alegre area, very near from the freeway to Gaia, Lisbon and North, so its ideal from who´s travelling by car, and rerelatively near from the main atractions! Nice hotel, fine pool on roof, good bar in lobby. Stayed for a week for a sportstournament in nearby pool.

Stayed here for a conference in July - it is a great hotel. Very clean and well run. Only constructive observation would be their in-house phone system was poor. (Very small inconvenience overall.) Well manicured, stylish hotel in the middle of town. I stayed for just a night but I thought the service was great and enjoyed the free glass of Port on arrival. The lush breakfast spread is really wonderful and eliminates the need for lunch!
