I was looking for a "family-friendly" hotel, for the first time, as this was the first hotel experience with a baby (my son is 2 months old now). I did the reservation via bookings.com and asked for a crib, which was in the room as we checked in. Sheets and lateral protections, everything a crib needs, was in place. The... More

The eighth-floor family room we had was clean and spacious with a good view across Porto to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet fairly extensive. The service was very good, but it is the location of this hotel which really singles it out. A 10 minute walk from Casa da Musica Metro station and... More

Every time I go to Porto with friends we tend to choose the same hold Tuela. (from the same group and just around the corner from Fenix which I’m reviewing). But this time the price on Fenix was better so we gave it a try. It’s a bit old fashioned, but it’s quite reliable. It has a nice quality/price, clean,... More

We've got very nice and spacious room on 11th floor, with views over the city and ocean. Hotel is very modern, everything works, fast Internet connection, good breakfast - maybe not outstanding, but good. Location is also good, but a bit far from city centre. Reception staff is very friendly, you can feel they are trying hard to make you... More

The view from the 12th floor was stunning from cemetary to sea coast. The location was close to the Music Hall and the metro and the price was attractive at under Euro 100. What did not make this hotel super was that it was just about the same as any modern hotel. The breakfast was Ok but not super. The... More

From the outside, seems to be a modern and recebt hotel. But when you get to the rooms, you will find that the hotel is aged. Although, it is a confortable and modest room, but you can easily hear your neighbours. The standby LED of the TV is so bright that it is almost impossible to sleep unless you cover... More

It is the second time I stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is very good and the room I stayed in was huge but very uncozy. The rooms were once apartments with kitchnette included and now you have a very large room, with two different kinds of floor. On one side... More

Big and clean rooms, comfortable beds(we stayed on the 8th floor). The breakfast offered a big variety on everything. A little bit far away from the city center, but the metro station casa da mysica is just a five minutes walk away! All in all we had a very pleasant stay. I would stay there again!

We stayed here for one night en route to somewhere else. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Porto that had family rooms. We booked a family room and payed EUR96, with free WiFi and breakfast included. The room was very spacious, a double bed then two bunk beds, as well as a sofa bed. The room... More
