Very friendly helpful staff, nice hotel and food. Welcome drink and map on arrival was a nice touch. Room was nice but no view to speak of. Good value. Easy to get a taxi into the centre of town (couldn't use the metro as it was shut due to strikes!). Would recommend it to others. Thank you!

Upon our arrival on the airport, the information informed us that Omonia is not the safest neighbourhood in Athens. When we arrived in the station we could see why (we also got picked pocket in the train - another story to tell!). When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the lights were off (and of course they turned... More

Apon arrival we we greated with welcoming drinks and were shown travel tips etc, Clean and tidy rooms with a great breakfast, the owers were always making us feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble, The metro is about a 5 min walk away and you do have to pass some dodgy locals but I think you will find... Although this hotel is located in a very noisy place, there is nothing bothering on the inside. The staff was very helpful and when we asked another room they did the best to serve us. I asked a junior jacuzzi suite but i was not pleased as you cannot regard as "Jacuzzi" a bathtud with bubbling holes so we were... More

The staff at this hotel really go that extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable. From the time we arrived until leaving, nothing was too much. They always made sure we had the right directions to where we wanted and even went on to the street to find a cab when we departed. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful... More

My husband and I choose the Art Hotel (he is an artist) to spend my 50th birthday holiday! What an exceptionally lovely boutique hotel! The rooms were appointed in such a thoughtful manner. The hotel itself was filled with one of a kind art and hung thru out the lobby and dining room, halls and rooms. BUT most of all,... More

My stay in this hotel was incredible. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I confess that I found rather strange location, but the hotel is close to the Acropolis and National Archaeological Museum. The rooms are very clean, the bed is good, window anti noise in the rooms. What impressed me most was that the hotel... More

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating which made all the difference. It was above and beyond customer service. We wanted separate beds and they easily transferred us to another room. We even received a complimentary drink when we arrived. The hotel and rooms are unique. The hotel needs to be modernized and so does the Intercontinental Athens where... More

THe overall experience with the hotel was good. The staff is very helpful. Its a very basic hotel and requires modernisation. I wouldnt mind going there again as it is cheap and as a tourist, I just need a bed to crash on.
