had the pleasure of staying 5n on a business trip. had a duplex room with seaview from balcony. very friendly staff. eating breakfast in the garden was very pleasant and the selection was good. internet worked fine and shower was warm. located off the harbourside in a quiet pocket. i'm sure would return if returning to Chania.

We visited Crete during the winter, when all the locals thought it was freezing, but coming from Estonia, it was great! The staff was friendly and the breakfast incredible. Even better, they upgraded our room to one with a balcony overlooking the water. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect, the staff is so welcoming and the rooms are just perfect. We just stayed one night, after an horrible experience in Agia Marina. This hotel was a sure value to have a good time. The hotel cannot be better located. It is quite expensive, but it do worth it, so go book it !
