We slept in the hotel only one night, but I can say it was really good, very good. Small rooms but smart and clean. Kindly staff, very good breakfast (buffet).There were many sockets in the room (sometimes it's a problem when you have phone, notebook and so on). Good value.

There is a very good place in the city.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The beautiful landscape from the balcony. Breakfast was cool. The rent-a-car next to the door of the hotel . Not far from port and central bus station. Only one issue: at the upper floors Wi-Fi works not stable

Great staff, nice accomodations, perfect location. Sure, the room and the bathroom was smaller than what you find in US hotels but still very usable. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel. It is located close to the bus station (easy to get to Knossos!!), the Ferry terminal, interesting walks around the harbor and old fort, shopping, and the museum.
